If you put your TRUEs to the test (wear them outside) and determine they are not ideal within the first 30 days, you can set up a one-time courtesy return at returns.truelinkswear.ca. A $25 CAD fee will apply. You can utilize the 30 Day Trial once per calendar year.

Footwear, apparel and gear that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. A flat $15 CAD restocking fee will apply.  TRUE will provide a one-time free exchange for size or color. If an item is returned worn, a $25 CAD fee will apply per our 30 Day Trial.
